The fallout from the European Court of Justice (CJEU)/Schrems II ruling on the validity of the US/EU Privacy Shield continues to have an impact on organisations. The ruling makes it challenging to transfer data to countries where equivalent data protection is not possible, leaving companies with the difficult task to find a defensible position for such transfers.

BH Consulting will be hosting a virtual briefing hosting a panel of data protection and cyber security speakers to provide an overview of the latest developments and recommended practical steps to deal with the CJEU decision.

When: 20th January 2-4pm GMT

In this webinar, we are joined by:

1. Brian Honan – CEO of BH Consulting

2. Anne Marie Moore – Data Protection Consultant

3. Tom Knierim – Data Protection Consultant

4. Tracy Elliott – Data Protection Consultant

Key Takeaways included:

• Overview of the surveillance landscape and risks
