I am delighted to see that SANS is returning to Dublin in April 2008 to provide three training courses. I attended SANS Dublin 2007 and I have to say I found the quality of the training to be superb. The networking opportunities to meet with information security professionals from all around Europe, and indeed the World, were fantastic. The evening events were also superb with some great talks given, such as that by the head of the Garda (Irish police) Computer Crime Unit.
SANS Dublin 2008 should be even better, and with the current euro to dollar rate the courses are particularly good value for those of us based in Europe.
If you plan to attend let me know and hopefully we can meet up for a Guinness or two.
